When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged on the day you place your order. We make every attempt to send your order on the next business day after it is placed, but occasionally due to high order volume or backorders, this is not always possible.

The charge will appear on your credit card as: "Caldrea"

Do I have to pay sales tax?
By law, we must charge sales tax in all states in which our employees work. Because Caldrea is available nationwide, we must charge state sales tax in all states.

What address should I enter in the billing information screen?
For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.

How do I enter a shipping address?
We will ask you on the order form if you would like the product shipped to the same address as your billing address. If you want your items shipped to the same location as your billing address, click the check box above the Shipping Information area. If you want a different shipping address, enter the correct address.

Should I put spaces or dashes in the credit card number?
No. Your card number should be entered as a continuous string of numbers.

Why are you not accepting my credit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired, reached its limit or the credit card computer may have gone haywire. If you have problems, please contact Customer Service Monday-Friday from 8AM-6PM Central Time, at 877.576.8808. Please provide them with any error message numbers you may have received, as well as your order number.

How do I start a new order?
You can start a new order simply by adding items to your basket (shopping cart). When you have put all the items you wish to purchase in your bucket, click the "Checkout" button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

Why is tax to Canada so high?
We have to charge brokerage fees and taxes on all orders shipped to Canada. Unfortunately, we must charge 20% of the order value on all orders shipped to Canada to cover these fees.

Has my order shipped?
To see the shipment status of your order, please log in to your account and click "View Order Status and History".

How do I get my tracking number?
You can easily retrieve your tracking number by viewing the details of your placed order. To do so, please log in to your account and click "View Order Status and History". Find the line with the correct order, and click "Track".

Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) as well as to Canada. Unfortunately, we currently cannot accept orders from other countries.

When will my backorder ship?
Although we try to maintain inventory of all products, occasionally we run short and it results in a backorder. Normally, the product will become available in a few days. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as the product ships.

Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after your order has been submitted. The order is immediately sent to our warehouse and can no longer be changed in our system. If your order is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.

How do you calculate shipping charges?
We import shipping charges directly from UPS. We charge you what they charge us. All shipping charges are based on both the weight and size of your order, as well as where it is being shipped (all packages originate in Minneapolis, MN).

Please be assured that as a Caldrea customer and visitor to our site, we will not share your personal information with any other company or retailer. We use the personally identifiable information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, and providing you with information from and about Caldrea. Your personal information remains strictly confidential. Caldrea does not resell any information about our customers to third parties.
For your security, we do not store your credit card information. You will need to re-enter it each time you place a new order on our website.

What is your refund policy?
We want you to be pleased with your Caldrea products. So, if you are not satisfied with your purchase - for whatever reason - we will gladly exchange the item(s) or refund your money. Simply return the item(s) to us and we will promptly reship your order or provide you with a refund for the unused item(s). Please specify which option you would prefer in your shipment. How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at 877-576-8808 Monday-Friday or e-mail us at customer-service@caldrea.com before 11:00am (central time) on the day you placed your order. Due to our desire to promptly ship out customer orders, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. However, we will make every effort to cancel your order provided that it has not entered the shipping process.

How do I request a refund?
To obtain a refund for the Caldrea items you purchased online, please send an email to customer-service@caldrea.com with your request for a refund or an exchange within 60 days of your original purchase. Or to request a refund by phone, please contact customer service at 877-576-8808.

When will the credit appear on my credit card?
If you are returning products, a refund credit will be applied to your credit card within 2 business days upon receipt of the returned products. If you are not returning products, the credit will appear within 2 business days after your request is approved by our Customer Service Department. However, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
